Acceptance

By using this website or engaging Florida Notary & Bookkeeping Services, LLC for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Nature of services

We provide notary and bookkeeping services in the State of Florida. A Florida notary public is not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice, draft legal documents, or select the correct notarial certificate on your behalf. Bookkeeping services do not constitute legal, tax, or investment advice.

Appointments, cancellations, and travel fees

Appointments are confirmed by phone or email and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to charge a travel fee based on distance and time of day, and to bill for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.

Refusal of service

In accordance with Florida law, we may decline to notarize any document where the signer cannot produce valid identification, does not appear to understand the document, appears to be signing under duress, or where the document is incomplete or otherwise improper.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for those services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
