We only collect information you voluntarily provide when you contact us, request a quote, or book an appointment — typically your name, phone number, email address, general location, and details about the service you need. During notarial acts, Florida law requires us to verify and record certain identification information in our notary journal.

We use your information only to schedule and complete your appointment, respond to inquiries, send appointment reminders, and comply with Florida notary and tax recordkeeping requirements. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Client information and bookkeeping documents are stored using reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards. Notary journals are maintained in accordance with Florida law.
